1. Verify eSIM Compatibility
- Ensure your device supports eSIM technology and is unlocked for use with any network.
- All smartphones with eSIM capabilities are compatible with our eSIM products.
- If you are not sure about your device's compatibility, you can verify it by dialing *#06# to check for the appearance of an EID number. If an EID number appears, it confirms your device's compatibility with eSIM.
2. Select and Purchase Your eSIM
- Explore our range of eSIM plans and select one that meets your needs. Complete your purchase smoothly.
- Provide a valid email address during checkout to ensure you receive your eSIM QR code(s).
- After purchasing, you will receive an email instantly with your eSIM QR code(s) and detailed activation instructions. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.
3. Activate Your eSIM
- Follow the instructions in the email to scan the QR code and activate your plan. A setup guide for eSIM on iPhones and Android devices is also available here.
- Please remember to turn on Data Roaming in your mobile settings. Get connected right away!
