Refund policy

1. Refunds for Non-Activated eSIMs

  • If the eSIM QR code has been delivered but not installed within 30 days, you are eligible to request a full refund, minus a 20% processing fee.
  • Please verify that your device is eSIM compatible before making a purchase. This fee also applies if you change your mind after purchase.

2. Refunds for Technical Issues

  • Should you experience technical issues during the activation or connection process that our tech team cannot resolve, you may request a full refund.
  • Please contact us immediately via email at hello@esimdash.com or through our contact form on the website to report these issues.

3. Refund Considerations for Activated eSIMs

  • Generally, if a significant amount of data has been used on the eSIM, refunds will not be granted.
  • However, if the eSIM is activated and minimal data is used due to connection issues, we may consider issuing a full refund. The decision to provide a refund, including its extent, is at our discretion and cannot be guaranteed. 

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds or compensation will not be provided if:

  • There is a failure to contact or cooperate with us to resolve connection or other issues.
  • The eSIM has been activated and has used a considerable amount  data (our system can track the status of all eSIM products sold by us).
    • The refund request is made more than 30 days after the eSIM QR code was generated.
    • Violations of our Terms of Service are detected.
    • Fraudulent activities are detected.
    • Evidence of abuse, such as repetitive refund requests, is present.

    5. General Conditions

    • Once a valid refund request is received, it is processed within 3 business days. After approval, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the processing to complete.
    • In the case of special campaigns or referral programs, different terms may apply. These terms are designed to prevent misuse and will supersede the general refund policy where discrepancies occur.
